Born on 28 January 1974 in Moscow.
Slava graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1997.
He began his career while still a student from the position of Engineer in «Information Technology Center» in Moscow.
In 1997 Slava joined HRS on position Head of Department, year later he was promoted to Commercial Director.
Since 2006 and to this day successfully carries out duties of HRS Managing Director.
