HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems are now operational in 80 countries

October 27, 2021 - The opening of its Indian Ocean Regional hub in Mauritius extends HRS operations into four more countries, Mauritius, Seychelles, Madagascar, and Comoros; plus, two overseas regions of France, Reunion, and Mayotte bringing the total reach of the company to 80 countries worldwide.

HRS, Oracle’s largest Hospitality partner, offers premium quality solutions and services to hospitality and retail customers across the globe. Its value proposition includes implementation of Oracle Hospitality solutions such as OPERA PMS and Simphony POS, both Cloud and On-Premise, custom development and integrations, and solution localization such as fiscal interface and payment gateways.

The company also offers TNG, a complementary platform that has validated integrations into Oracle Hospitality products. TNG supports guest activities management (rentals, spa and wellness, classes, etc.), loyalty, ticketing, access control, meal control, and cashless payments. The latest TNG development is TNG Go!, a mobile app for waiters that interfaces with Simphony POS and is available for both iOS and Android devices.
