HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems is happy to announce the latest release of TNG GO!, our F&B application that fully integrates with Oracle MICROS Simphony.
TNG GO! is available for both Android and iOS and focuses on restaurant staff; it puts check opening, ordering, and re-orders in the hands of servers while they are out on the floor engaging with guests. This app allows for the change of servers, outlets, or language, refreshing the configuration and information, and has all the possible options that your staff could need.
The improvement in service levels that TNG GO! brings about leads to a higher check average, an increase in positive guest reviews, plus enhanced server tips.
