Global Launch of the HRS Service Desk Mobile Application
HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems is delighted to announce the new HRS Service Desk mobile application. This product is being launched simultaneously to the 75 countries that are incorporated into the organization’s four key regions, namely, Eastern Europe & Central Asia (EECA), Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC), as well as the Americas.
The HRS Service Desk mobile application has been designed to enable our customers to have rapid communication with the HRS technical support team, via the use of any iOS or Android device. It allows customers to create new tickets, check on their existing requests, and to receive real-time statistics anytime, anywhere. This application also offers multi-lingual support, dependent on the region where the app has been downloaded.
