Suite8 Hotel Connector is ideally suited for hotel co-operation. Small hotel chains and owners of more than one hotel can exchange guest profiles but still maintain their independence.

Suite8 Hotel Connector can link several hotels. One hotel is designated as the master hotel, the so-called ‘central’, all linked hotels are referred to as partner hotels.

The tool enables:

The exchange and synchronization of guest profiles, individual reservations as well as availability checks in connected hotels. All guest profiles are collected and saved to the local database at the individual hotel. 

Special statistics such as: Manager Report, Revenue Report or Cross Reference Report can be generated and managed at the central Master Hotel. An overview of all hotels and an analysis of the entire chain can be generated.

One centralized loyalty accounting solution.

Room rates and availability can be synchronized among all hotels. All connected hotels can check availability by date, number of guests, and reservations.
