HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems and Revenue Management System Hotellab have developed an interface for PMS Oracle Hospitality OPERA and Suite8 that significantly expands the functionality of the hotel management system.
This tool is of special importance for hotel revenue managers. The Hotellab algorithm retrieves PMS data plus prices and availability of bookings from competitors (integration with OTA Insight is also available) to study sales.
From the received data and current trends, Hotellab calculates the best price to sell rooms (nights) from three months to one year in advance. The generated prices are sent to the channel manager, from where they are automatically broadcast to all online sources.
