HRS installs the latest version of OPERA into the Hampton by Hilton in Kazakhstan

HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems has installed Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5.6, the Oracle MICROS Simphony restaurant management system, and HRS Back Office into the Hampton hotel in Turkestan. The latest version of OPERA supports the new equipment and operating networks in Hilton’s first hotel in South Kazakhstan.

Hampton by Hilton Turkestan has a total area of 9,000 m², plus ‘Top Tobe’ a separate banquet complex. The capacity of 120 standard rooms includes accommodation with furniture and bathrooms specially designed for people with disabilities. The hotel also offers a fully equipped gym and a conference hall.

General manager Anar Baibolova said: "Each guest of Hampton by Hilton Turkistan will be able to immerse themselves in the special friendly atmosphere that we refer to as Hamptonality. Having HRS systems installed will help to speed up and enhance the Hampton service which is committed to exceeding our guests' expectations”.
