Self-check-in kiosks: Successful new integration with Oracle Hospitality products

The CCRS Group of Companies, together with HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems have completed the integration of Oracle Hospitality OPERA and Suite8 solutions with self-check-in kiosks.


CCRS self-check-in kiosks support the entire guest check-in cycle, including passport scanning, payment acceptance, and key issuance in the preferred language for the guest.  This data is instantly loaded into the hotel PMS system and ensures that the room availability information is fully up to date.

Among the kiosk's features are:

  • Reservations, search by booking number, guest name, or part of.
  • Registration of an additional guest/s to the primary one.
  • Verification of documented guest photo-id alongside the live webcam image.
  • Full or partial prepayment of guest account.
  • Payment receipts sent to guest smartphone number or email address.
  • …and much more.
