International payment provider ECOMMPAY, together with HRS, has developed a solution that will allow hoteliers to simplify the reservation and prepayment process for any hotel service. Timeline payment solution from ECOMMPAY provides hoteliers in Russia, Europe, the UK, and other countries, with the opportunity to optimize their payment process. This removes the wasteful paper routine, reduces the risk of chargebacks, increases usability, along with increased process and security speed for both the hotel and the guest.
Amongst the features included are: sending branded emails with payment links, scheduling and splitting payments, secure storage of a card's "token" for subsequent payment acceptance without guest participation, and many more. Integration with OPERA and Suite8 solutions allow for the single click creation of an invoice in Timeline, and the automatic transmission of an email to the guest along with a payment link. Booking details are also transmitted to the Timeline — arrival & departure dates, room type, room rate, the total cost for staying, and other parameters. The email is sent from the hotel address in English or Russian, depending on the guest’s profile settings in your PMS.
