The heart of this system is the Oracle Hospitality RES 3700 Foundation Point-of-Sale. This is a powerful and flexible POS system that helps the user to streamline their restaurant operations, thereby gaining greater efficiency and productivity. The resilient Oracle Hospitality RES 3700 Foundation Point-of-Sale is designed to optimize the speed of service and enhance your guest’s experience.  The intuitive user interface makes it simple for inexperienced staff to efficiently execute the selling process. This system grows with your operation, allowing you to easily add workstations, new stores, and applications. It complies with all local fiscal and legal regulations, such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, for secure credit card payments. Moreover, it combines high performance and flexibility, working in conjunction with peripheral hardware such as printers, cash drawers, and pole displays.

Reporting and Analytics

Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics Advanced Cloud Service is a powerful data warehouse and business intelligence (BI) solution that compiles and organizes financial and operational data into easy-to-understand reports and dashboards. Using the cloud platform F&B  operators can centralize data and gain operational and analytical insights into their business.

Cloud Service is available to users of Oracle Hospitality RES 3700 POS and is included in Oracle Hospitality Simphony software.

inMotion

inMotion is a mobile app belonging to the Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics Advanced Cloud Service. Once the app has been downloaded from the App Store, managers can easily review key performance indicators (KPIs) from anywhere, enabling them to make fast and well-informed business decisions.

Labor Management

Oracle Hospitality Labor Management Cloud Service enables F&B operators to maximize their profitability by providing improved visibility of labor costs, helping to simplify the staff management process. Managers can use forecast data to create schedules that support both the operational needs and the guest experience whilst tracking expenses at the same time. Oracle Hospitality Labor Management Cloud Service also minimizes the need for manual administration, allowing staff to request time off and view schedules using their mobile phones or tablets. This product is available to users of Oracle Hospitality RES 3700 Point-of-Sale and is included in Oracle Hospitality Simphony software.

Inventory Management

Oracle Inventory Management Cloud Service offers a complete materials management solution.  Companies can easily manage the flow of goods, either inbound, within the warehouse or outbound. Oracle Cost Management allows users to capture, track, and analyze costs associated with inventory items as they move through the supply chain. Oracle Supply Chain Orchestration is a powerful rules-based engine that manages the more complex supply and fulfillment activities. It can also automate the financial flow execution of internal trade between parties, independent of the physical movement of goods and fulfillment of services.

Forecasting and Budgeting

The Oracle Hospitality Forecasting and Budget Cloud Service enables you to create forecasts from within the Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics Advanced Cloud Service. You can make KPI forecasts for sales, revenue, guest count and total checks. This data can then be fed into the inventory and labor management cloud services. This guides stock ordering and staff scheduling, ensuring that demand and cost efficiency is always optimized.

Oracle Hospitality Forecasting and Budget Cloud Service is available as a separate module for Oracle Hospitality Simphony software and Oracle Hospitality RES 3700 Point-of-Sale.
